Thrivent Choice Dollars Program
By directing designated Choice Dollars (SM) through Thrivent Financials Thrivent Choice Program, eligible members recommend where Thrivent Financial distributes some of its charitable outreach grant dollars among thousands of participating nonprofit organizations and congregations. (Directing Choice Dollars and receiving funds from the Thrivent Choice program are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Thrivent Choice program.)

Tax Credit
Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center is a designated member of the Northeast Colorado Association of Local Governments (NECALG) enterprise zone. This designation allows full year Colorado residents to take an additional tax credit on their state income tax return. This credit is equal to 25% of the donation made to Eben Ezer. If you would like to take advantage of this tax credit, please address your check to NECALG-Eben Ezer.
All donations may also be eligible for a federal income tax deduction.

• To the Foundation for use where needed or specifically designated for a purpose
• In Memory or In Honor of someone
• For a Stones of Help brick at the Eben Ezer entry:
4” x 8”, 4 lines—$55 or 8” x 8”, 8 lines—$170.
Your brick will be engraved with name or message of your choice using no more than 20 characters per line.
• To purchase a park bench on the Eben Ezer grounds:
4’—$600 or 6’—$900 with an engraved plaque.
