The Arbor
The Arbor is a licensed Assisted Living Residence and is for residents who want independent living that combines privacy with the joy of neighbors and the security of staff in the building 24 hours per day.

Monthly rent includes:

  Located on the west edge of the campus, these beautiful apartments offer a peaceful, friendly and independent environment. Covered porches, landscaped lawns and fresh country air provide the ideal setting for independent living. Apartments are handicapped accessible and come with private patios, personal gardening spaces and large bathroom with state-of-the-art showers complete with seat, handrail and adjustable fixtures. 

The Pines 

The Pines Assisted Living is located in our newly constructed Dahms-Talton Building. These appartments are Medicaid certified and provide a resort-like environment that offers personalized services for individual needs.

Monthly rent includes:

•  Three meals daily in a beautiful, open dining area

•  Weekly housekeeping, weekly laundry
•  Medication management
•  Staff on duty 24 hours
•  Activities and social opportunities
•  Sunday worship at All Saints Church
•  Pastoral care by in-house chaplains and visiting pastors
•  Reserved parking
•  Emergency call system
•  Service coordinator to assist with special needs
•  Spacious private room with full bath
•  Bathing assistance upon request

  These rooms offer personalized service for individual needs in assisted living. Designated spaces are available for various activities, casual visiting, theater viewing, gardening and more. Appartments can be personalized with home decore to make the space your own. Each room is equipped with satelite TV, telephone hookup as well as an emergency call system.
  
  Continuous assessment is made of neighbors in order to identify potential problems and possible need for an increased level of care. It is the continuing goal of Eben Ezer to encourage neighbors to maintain their wellness, independence and self-esteem. We rely on family support and cooperation regarding appropriateness of assisted living if needs cannot be met or resident safety is a concern.
